  3. DietAid was previously released in Fred Fish #36 as Shareware.  I am
  4. releasing the current version also as Shareware, (not Public Domain), freely
  5. redistributable.  Version3.1 contains several enhancements and expansions.
  6. If you benefit by this programming effort, or would like more extensive docs

  16. Besides the features previously released, this version has a print recipe
  17. option, show percent totals (to determine what percentage of the recipe is
  18. fat, protein, or carbohydrate) and stores 10 notes per recipe, to allow it
  19. to compile recipes as well as evaluate them.  There is a slider gadget in
  20. the add or change recipe options, that allows you to see the "known"
  21. ingredients.  Click on the ingredient box to enter it into the name gadget
  22. when you are adding or changing ingredients to a recipe.
  23. You can add ingredients to the "known" list anytime and the
  24. computer will store the new ingredients in a startup file named INGRED.
  25. Exiting the program automatically updates this file.  Entering the program
  26. automatically loads the file and sorts the known ingredients.
